"I have been trying to get my kids into this Dr. office cause Ive heard very good things about DR. OAKES, but Her Office manager is so RUDE and has NO Customer Service Skills. I have been calling since January and she told me to call back in Summer which I did and then she asks me how many kids when I told her 4 she told me 'Oh NO!, I am only making exceptions for family of 1 or 2, Its like come on its not like all my kids get sick at the same time, Plus they are going to get their money, I pay my co-pays.. I am really dissapointed with this and feel that its such a SHAME to hear such good things about the Doctor, but her Office manager can make this WHOLE place unprofessional by not knowing how to talk to people right and in a professional matter."
