"Disappointed by my visit that I waited a month for. My appointment time was for 3:20 PM and I was not seen until 4:45. My doctor had an emergency, which is understandable, but no one had the courtesy to tell me this. If I had known, I would have rescheduled or been more understanding of the wait time. The doctor was pleasant but unsure of how to help with some of the concerns I had. Their lack of confidence did not make me feel cared for. When the appointment was over, I felt rushed out because they had closed for the day. Do not plan on returning for a follow up."

"Dr. Mayorga and the nurse working today were by far some of the best medical staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. The nurse was prompt and such a delight to have around. Dr. Mayorga shared genuine concern and interest in my health and overall well-being. For the first time, I felt like I wasn’t an inconvenience to my Dr. So thank you girl!"

"Don’t waste your time with this establishment. Appointments take months to sometimes become available. Then on top of that the medical assistance in the office lack basic human skills such as respect and empathy. Had to reschedule because my 4 year old was hospitalized and the next appointment wasn’t available until March. Medical assistant didn’t even empathize. Found a new primary doctor and called to let them know to cancel all my future appointments. They asked why and I said it’s because of the appointment wait times and the staff and the medical assistant got real smart a** with me and even laughed. And told me to have a “good day”. I think it’s pretty sad that when you opt into a career where you deal with people and don’t have basic people skills. Sure you can get paid at Walmart the same as a medical assistant stocking product so you don’t got to deal with people. Do what I did and find a new doctors office. Called one up and they had appointments available and right away. The staff was kind and the doctor was thorough spending an hour with me getting all medical information."

"Got prescribed wrong basic medication. Had to call 2 days in a row and leave multiple messages to reach the dr. Didn’t get any response, had to make a new appointment just get right medication and for the nurse to tell me they can’t believe they didn’t call me back. Wasted my time and the clinics time. This place used to be good be to much alternating going on lately. I already found a new clinic thankfully. Not going back after this unpleasant experience. Recommend some where else"

"The wait here is terrible. My appointment was at 8:40. I got here at 8:30 and was taken into a room by 9:00. It's now 10:00 and still nothing. I opened the door to see what the hold up was and there are still 3 people ahead of me. I can hear a group of Doctors talking in the hallway for about 20 minutes straight with absolutely no worry in the world about the seeing their patients. I understand that you have visitors, but they can wait, we have appointments. This is ridiculous."
