Too many times are you referred to the newest nurse practitioner Sarah, After refusing a appointment with her multiple times because you've had her before and didn't like her quality of care. It's getting old, the care, lack of professionalism, etc. and our family is about to switch doctors offices after 12+years."

"Ladies at the front desk need some better customer service training. Been standing in line to check in, they all keep their windows closed so I’m waiting my turn and someone behind me walks to the next window and she opens it right up talking about how can I help you? Now if I’m not mistaken, I was next in line and they should’ve been calling out they could help whoever is next in line instead of sitting there with windows closed like they’re unavailable."

"The nurses are great. They talk to you and calm you for whatever the doctor may be looking at you for. Every one of them are professional and kind. Dr. Satkauskas is absolutely a great man and doctor. He is genuinely looking out for his patients. He called me on his OWN time to see if his referral to a specialist had called me and set up an asap appointment. I told him they set it up for I believe 4-5 days later. He immediately called them and I got bumped and got a cat scan. He may have saved me days or maybe months of pain and discomfort. Great health care providers there."
