"Where do I even begin, Dr Sachi is very good. We trust him with my husbands life! The staff is non responsive and non compassionate for those terminally ill that need answers and don’t understand the daily challenges. No return phone calls. My Mother was an oncology nurse and I asked her why she chose such a sad hard specialty and her reply, to give the very best care to her patients at the worst time of their life with dignity! Perhaps those that associate with clients should have that same attitude, as many are very sick or they would not be going to a specialist in the first place. Also got a letter in mail dated September last week stating the egd results were gastritis. He didn’t even have a procedure in September. I feel sorry for the person who received my husbands letter of end stage terminal illness. Wake up!"
"Dr.sashi is great but doesn't have a clue as to how rude and disrespectful his staff is .not a caring person among them"
"I'm a patient here and have had several appointments. I had a procedure done and was awaiting test results. I assumed everything was fine because I hadn't heard anything back. I go to my pharmacy to pickup my prescriptions as usual and to my surprise I had more medications and had no idea what they were for. Then I received a text telling me I had a follow up appointment an entire week after receiving medications that I didn't take because I didn't know what they were for. Once I finally had my follow-up appointment with the nurse, never the doctor they informed me of the findings that I was supposed to be taking the medications for but no one called and told me about, neither did they tell me how to take the medication before even prescribing them. Then to make matters worst they set up an appointment for an ultrasound so I had to miss work, so I decided to file for fmla of which the nurse had no idea how to fill out the paperwork of which I'm still waiting for someone to fill out properly so I won't have absences on my record of which I don't deserve because I was at the doctor's office. I have never seen such a botched job of doing fmla paperwork in my life."
"I had a procedure done because of a concern I had. All I got was a letter suggesting I have something minor done. I just had an office appointment follow up done 4 or 5 months later and now I’m told to see a surgeon. Because the Dr couldn’t see anything during that procedure. And it could be a cancer or scar tissue. Why was I not contacted or told after my procedure? I’m very surprised at this Dr because I’ve gone to him for years. Not to mention I’ve trusted him. My husband also goes to him. I had to ask for his biopsy results from a procedure that was done 6 weeks ago, because they’ve never contacted him. We’ve lost our trust in him now. And we’re 69 and 70 yrs old. Shame on you all"
"While setting up an appointment with a nurse partitioner for my Colonoscopy I explained to her what I was experiencing. She didn't have a clue what I was talking about and suggest I ask the doctor. When I was getting prep for the testing the doctor stopped in and I asked him about my situation. His comment was I don't know, just be glad it comes out. Seriously! When I did research about this the 1st thing it said was to contact your GI doctor. Ya, what is one suppose to do? Our GI doctors in the QC area are all rated below 2.9 out of 5. Dr Harsh was the best! For what ever reasons she left or got chased out of the area because she worked for herself is beyond me. We don't have a good GI in the area anymore, that there is scary!!!"
