"The place is a joke, had to fill out 6/7 pages of personal questions after giving my photo id and insurance card (which the receptionist noted I had no co-pay) and got to the part for financial information and decided THAT WAS IT!!! Gave the paperwork back and told them I would go somewhere else and left. Was gone probably 8 minutes and went back to ask them to shred my information while I watched and was told they do not have a shredder so I asked for the paper work and she said it was being scanned in the computer, I asked why, she said in case you come back, I said no chance of that. Went to Unity Point Urgent Care, filled out a 3x5 piece of paper with my name phone # and reason for visit, got in, ran test, and prescribed. Next day felt 100% better."

"They forgot to schedule my appointment so I could get my medication refilled. I called in a prescription to refill on December 8th. They called me back that day and left a voicemail asking me to call them back regarding my refill. I call back and am informed I need to schedule an appointment to refill my medicine. That’s fine. We settled on December 20th at 2:30PM. I was worried I’d run a little late to the office and called to inform them and they couldn’t find my appointment. Apparently it wasn’t logged. They lady I spoke to was polite and courteous. They couldn’t squeeze me in that day I was told. I was offered December 22nd at 3:00PM but I can’t leave work early and I have a flight to catch right after I’m off work that day. I asked to see if Susan Alden would be able to help me get my prescription and schedule my appointment for anytime in January when I’ll be back. I was told that’s fine and transferred to leave the voicemail for my refill. I am called back and left another voicemail to call back. I call back. I am transferred to someone in Susan’s staff who also tells me I didn’t have an appointment on their books. I ask if there’s any chance that they can squeeze me in on the 21st after 2:30, as I can’t leave work early. She tells me she can’t do that but she can tell me what she has available and the latest I could get would be 2:15. I inform her that I wouldn’t be able to do that. She tells me that’s she’s trying to help me but I’m “not giving her an inch”. She also tells me that she won’t allow Susan to risk her medical license for me? I wasn’t asking for that. I was just asking to be seen since there was a scheduling error. I’ve been holding my last two pills for a couple days now but I will have to make them last until next year now. I have been a patient here for over 10 years. I’ve recommended this establishment to coworkers and friends. Susan has always told me to call whenever I need anything but the one time I do I can’t even reach Susan and am left feeling defeated by the staff."

"My Blood Presher was extremely high on my B.P. machine. Scared me went to milan medical group walk in clinic to have it checked had no problem paying. Lady came out and was so unfriendly took my B P told me what it was and walked out of the room NEVER AGAIN."

"Have called 4 times over two days to get an appt. Good luck. #1- supposed to call me back, they didn't. #2&3- put on hold , they never returned. #4- told me they would ask Dr if referral was made, they hung up on me."
