"This is the second time that we’ve gone and they haven’t had a nurse to open at 7. Ok, I get it staffing is terrible right now but then they make you wait until 8 to even check in… I was told there’s a sign on the door. Idc to read a sign when my child is sick, you could, at the very least check people in so that AT 8am someone is being seen. It’s very frustrating when you go somewhere you are supposed to be getting help and they are sitting behind the desk chatting with each other when they could be checking people in… I love Geneseo but this place is terrible, we need a better healthcare facility."
