"There is nothing like being verbally chastised and belittled by your med prescriber! He has lied to me. He says one thing and then when that idea doesn't work he says he never said that. Make sure your mental health comes first not their wallet!"

"Was placed with 3 different therapist, all women, which i made it clear at the beginning i didn't feel comfortable sharing information with. However was ignored. The first gal i was with was excellent. However my 4th session with her i showed up 15 minutes early and waited 45 because she wasn't anywhere to be found, no one even noticed she had quit and never showed up. instead of sending me on my way they found someone with an empty slot and placed me with her, she seemed very antisocial but i lasted 3 sessions and within those 3 hours wasted she had said less than 10 words altogether. Quickly they placed me with someone else who was fine the first two weeks, the third week she asked me a number of questions and proceeded to tell me i was too emotionless and nothing she could do would help me. She called me personally a month after i stopped going to seemed very drunk, and told me she was sorry and asked if i could take my review down. i did and set up another session with her as she asked, that session went south within seconds, she basically told me all about her life and how she hated her job, the entire situation was very uncomfortable. Haven't and won't be back"

"Walked right out the door. After providing my insurance card they gave me a 10000 page packet asking my moms maiden name, what kind of car I drive, how much cash is in my home, exactly how much money I make, who lives in my home etc etc, then the last page states lying on the form is grounds for prosecution by law enforcement . When I told the lady at the desk I have never been asked to provide this much personal information to anyone in my life so I'm leaving she replied, "Well do you have insurance." What a joke stay far away from this place folks."

"If zero stars were possible... This place is the worst. They treat clients with total disrespect. And the social worker I saw broke ethic codes and actually worsened my issue. They mess up scheduling. We've been waiting weeks for the results of my husband's eval, which we were told we would have a week after the appointment. Whenever we call we are put on hold then directed to a voicemail. No one talks to us. This place is ridiculous. None of the counselors are actually mental health counselors, all social workers. Which can be ok for some stuff but for more serious needs it just doesn't cut it. And the social worker I had definitely lacked proper training. This place is ridiculous and I am at my wits end with it."
