Dr. Mendell refused to see me after I sustained a life altering injury to my dominant right arm & shoulder. I knew immediately after an acute horse injury that I sustained more than a simple proximal humorous break to my arm/shoulder. I knew that I had sustained serious soft tissue injuries, but he didn't care & he refused to see me after his initial incorrect prognosis. Long story short: I had two complete rotator cuff tears & a bicep that was blown out. Four years later, I'm so disabled that I cannot use my dominant arm."
