"The staff was courteous and helpful. I liked the doctor because he listened to my problem and was able to focus on what was causing my pain. He took action to help resolve my problem immediately and aggressively. Now I will recommend this clinic to my mother, who has serious foot problems."
"First time visitor and I have to say this place is great! The staff is super nice and my doctor (Dr. Allison) was such a nice guy and explained everything and kept the convo going to keep my mind off of my minor procedure I had done lol I highly recommend him!"
"I want to cry just thinking about returning here. Didn't listen to my concerns. Was their way or the highway. You can't even understand the assistant, they leave doors open, and charts out in the open. You can hear them talk about other patients. They should really be charged for some HIPAA violations."
"Too bad there isn't a 0 option. The place never had the heat on (this was November in Iowa). During the entire process they did not close the doors to the exam rooms. I heard entire conversations with other patients. My left foot was the issue which I already had x-rays of, but I had to get them taken again on both feet. (Like i didn't need that $240). I was told to come back for foot wrapping. I did and offered to make my co-pay. I was told "There is no charge if you don't see the doctor" and my payment was refused. This went on for weeks then I started getting bills for $55 each time. I was charged over $200 for an item that cost $25 elsewhere. When she decided I needed custom orthodics over a sprained ankle I got a second opinion. The receptionist at the other doctor's office was horrified at that suggestion."
"Not sanitary when I would go see her she would come in get gloves on and then leave the room with the gloves on and come back with the same ones on. My dad would sit in the waiting room and see this happen. I do not recommend her to anyone she was rough on me and yesterday I woke up in pain and look at my foot I still had part of my ingrown toenail still. So I went and got a second opinion from a different podiatrist and he said the purple stuff that she had me use I wasn't suppose to use that. Also he said I didn't have to go back the multiple times I went and he said I should of had to only go for the first initial cost. So now my the area she took out my ingrown toenails are now stained purple and my toe nails are all messed up. I also think the nurses she had when I was going there weren't liscesned to be a nurse. The only certificates I seen on the wall were dr. Chapmans."
