"This place really is wonderful, as far as the nurses and doctors etc….but the reception ladies act like they are bothered when I check in. For example the sign states to wait behind white line until called.Three ladies are available but I am getting waved like come on already by the lady on the end.. It would of been nice to hear next please. Then asking me my last name and last four like I have irritated you is very unsettling. I understand that they deal with a lot of people and a lot can be difficult and hard of hearing, but you chose to work here and you should feel very grateful to work in such a wonderful environment, helping veterans. If you don’t have the patience to work with older people, difficult people etc than I suggest you work elsewhere."

"I've called multiple times about getting Acupuncture and Chiropractic care and I can never get a call back. I've tried to be reasonable but I'm fed up with being ignored for care the VA is supposed to give me with my service connected issues. I don't ask for much just the care the VA agreed upon."

"Phone access is still impossible. Medical care is hit or miss depending upon the person you get. Some intake personal have negative attitudes. Update: perhaps they’re over their move-in jitters. Today, Aug 20, 2019 everyone was positive and helpful. And I got the new stay in the same-office treatment where all of the caregivers came to the office I was sitting in. Very cool and supportive. All my medical questions we're answered."
