"I have been going to Waterford for over 20 years. First seeing Dr. True, then Alicia Paisley. I called yesterday to make an appointment for a physical and they told me that since I haven't been there in 3 years I was considered a new patient and they are NOT accepting new patients. WHAT??? EXCUSE ME, BUT WASNT COVID GOING ON FOR AT LEAST A YEAR AND IT WAS HARD TO GET IN TO SEE A DOCTOR? I wouldn't waste another dime of my money on this place......"

"Cammie Davis is a lifesaver. Came to her with a mental health crisis about a year ago. She has personally helped me 10x more than any therapist or mental health employee. Actively listens and engages in your treatment plan. Over all great person who makes me talking about uncomfortable symptoms easy, and comforts me when it’s difficult to discuss."

"I was seeing Dr. Paisley and I enjoyed her as my PCP but the rest of the staff is rude. The billing is incorrect. I went there for an appointment they billed me instead of my insurance. I didn't realize it until I received the bill in the mail. I Called and told they lady The situation. She said she would contact the insurance Co. And get everything taken care of, which she didn't. Following month I get another bill in the mail. I just decided to pay the bill to avoid me making multiple calls between my insurance and waterford. In the meantime they denied care for my family during thier appointment even though I had been making payments on the bill that I shouldn't had anyway. I Called and talked to a lady concerning billing g and my famy appointments who was rude as well. I'm glad Dr. Paisley left Waterford now I can continue care with her without dealing with this place."

"I've been going for years because I liked my nurse practitioner, Alisa Paisley. However, the staff are not very professional to deal with. Billing is often incorrect & it's difficult to get someone to help with needed corrections. I asked for confirmation of an update (in the past they've reversed corrections without notice) and was told by Diane she wouldn't be wasting her time with that. The office manager is equally rude and impolite. Adament they cannot make an outbound call back to follow up escalated concerns. To communicate issues to my nurse practitioner or the owner, Dr. Wells regarding staff I've been told I would need an appointment (aka another office visit fee). I'll be looking elsewhere for care and hope you do too."

"Have always received amazing care and compassion from the Doctors and Nurses at Waterford Family Medicine. My family and I have been going there since the 1990s. Doctor Wells is a compassionate provider who truly cares about her patients. If we ever need a last minute appointment we are accommodated and have seen the other physicians and nurse practitioner there. All of them are wonderful. There has been numerous times that the women here have gone above and beyond their call of duty and we are truly blessed to have them as our care team. I would highly recommend anyone to their practice."
