"This place is garbage. I was referred here from my PCP to get an ultrasound done and they called me to schedule an appt about a month and half out. I show up and they don't have me scheduled. No apology, nothing. The customer service is horrible. The phone system is horrible because you can't reach the clinic front desk directly. You get to an answering service and they just transfer you back to the menu. This is ghetto. Run if you have other options. Not worth any stars."

"Try somewhere else!. After going through a painful situation,we were asked to schedule a follow up with Dr.Leveridge, which we did. Upon arrival, 20 minutes early to the scheduled appointment, the receptionist told us, she(the doctor) ,was out of the office. What an unprofessional way to treat patients!. Mind you that they never sent us a text message, or gave us a call prior to the appointment to let us know what was going on. It happened on 11/29/2023. Think twice before you go there."

"3 ladies work in the front. & none of them can get it right.. Scheduling & communication is horrible. Before coming into my appointment, I called to say I was running late & asked if I could still be seen. I was assured YES, as long as I showed up before the 20min grace period. I drove 25min in the snow with my newborn & made it within the grace period time frame, only to be told “I have to Ask if they will see you”. (Something I was never told about beforehand). I was denied being seen & asked to reschedule. I had another incident with them while I was pregnant. I showed up to my appointment, only to be asked why I was there, as I didn’t have an appointment. I showed them my email confirmation with the appointment date & time. Then I was told that “someone” from the office had talked to me prior & changed my appointment date… I stood there confused & said that never happened & asked who this “someone” was..? The staff never said who supposedly talked to me, just doubled down. -I was never offered an apology for their mistake. They simply didn’t care that I drove 25min 9 months pregnant in the snow, & refused to see me. They have done this too many times for me to ever want to go back. Besides it’s very unclean, & the area is not nice, including the ppl coming in."
