"I was here at 11:15 today. We were going to pick-up money with Western Union for my girlfriend. A lady who had just started working took care of our transactions, and when we got to the paying part, a black man came and scanned our ID, told us that this money shipment had been canceled after receiving all the necessary information. We knew it was not real because I checked the status of my transfer from the Western Union website before I left there. It was convenient to pick-up ready to pick-up money and without cancellation. There was no question of any cancellation. It is a fraud for that black man to tell us that the shipment of your money was canceled after he received all our information, and he said leave here. After completing all the processes, the woman who took care of us was trying to prepare the money to give us, if the money transfer was canceled, this would not have happened. I'm guessing that if we had left immediately by saying that the transfer was canceled and we hadn't checked, after we left, he would have withdrawn the money with the information he received from us and stolen our money. I want the necessary sanction to be applied to this person and I am complaining."
