"4 weeks ago I came there at hospital to see my primary doctor. I wouldn't mention her name then the woman on front of lobby wearing a eye glasses i didn't get her name. ask her I want to see my doctor she told me ok . Then I show my insurance she telling me that telephone number is not match you should call your insurance I mean she still my doctor! I wanted to see her cause I have vertigo that time! So annoying!!!! Then my insurance called me if I have any problem of making appointment for my doctor I said no lately I tell her I went to advocate rand road cause I didn't know if my doctor is there then I ask the woman lobby she said yes . Then continue to talked to my insurance I tell her everything! What happened in there if I go there again called to us if they refuse you to help you and then next will report it. If I go there by any chance to see my doctor then the woman wearing eye glasses she not allowed me to see my doctor she refused to help the patient going to report it! Im so mad! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !"

"It’s almost impossible to get an appointment with a doctor here so I normally rely on urgent care. Under the direction of an office staff member I messaged in the AdvocateAurora LiveWell portal, I made an appointment a few weeks ago for today to inquire about a cannabis card for sciatica pain and severe IBS. I also messaged about blood pressure concerns and was told to bring in my blood pressure monitor and log. Now, a couple of weeks ago, I also had strep. I went to urgent care and was directed to see my PCP if I wasn’t feeling better after finishing my antibiotics. I went for my appointment today and was informed that because I have symptoms which MIGHT be covid-related (I am triple vaccinated and tested negative for Covid when I was also tested for strep a fortnight ago), I would not be allowed to see the doctor. I was offered a video visit which I declined due to the nature of my visit. I was told my only other option was going to urgent care in the same building, but my appointment time wouldn’t be honored and I would instead be seen about an hour later. I left because I was furious. I do not understand the point of seeing a doctor who won’t see you if you have certain symptoms. These very doctors could administer Covid (or strep) tests. Perhaps all I have is a sinus infection. I won’t find out here. I also won’t get treatment for high blood pressure or my constant pains. The cherry on top for me was that the receptionist told me from halfway across the entrance, “THE DOCTOR ALSO WANTS YOU TO KNOW SHE DOESNT DO CANNABIS CARDS.” I didn’t think that information was delivered appropriately and I don’t appreciate that the person I previously messaged with hadn’t informed me of which doctors could help me out in my situation. 0/10, do not recommend"

"If no stars was an option, I would pick that. I have had nothing but problems with this office. Do not go here. I have had experiences with several very rude front desk staff members. They did not bother to switch my insurances in the system when I had a change of insurance, but instead elected to repeatedly send my bills because - of course- the insurance company kicked the bill back because Advocate billed incorrectly. I've not been deal with cleaning up their billing mistake for over 6 months. It take WEEKs and several calls to get a specialist referrals. Dr. Abraham literally lied to be about reviewing one of my husband x-rays, stating there were no concerns when my husband had not even had the x-ray done yet. He also question me on why I was calling on my husband's behalf despite the fact that I'm listed as a point of contact for my husband and my husband has consented to me calling on his behalf. The only good this about this place is Dr. Govindan- she is lovely."

"I was late to my Son's Doctor's appointment 5min we check in, and they tell to have a seat, and wait to be call , waited 20 min in the lobby , the receptionist comes back to tell me we're not gonna get seen because we we're late. You could of have tell me before getting registered and not making me wait. Dr ARKEEMA it was nice to meet you, you we're a good Doctor to my son but it's time to change Doctor's, not coming back here again .."
