"This is our second time coming here. First time back in 2021 and this year. Both visits 10/10. This year we got the pleasure to work with Peter. When I say this was the best customer service , I mean it! We came in at 7PM, thinking it was enough time before they close. We felt so bad that he stayed a bit after closing, but he kept re-assuring us it was okay and wanted us to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We knew what we were looking for. Firm or Medium mattress- unsure of the material. Peter was super attentive, friendly, outgoing, relaxed, professional at the same time. Asking questions, getting to know our sleeping habits with concern and keeping in mind of our budget. He showed us different type of mattresses and worked with us - as with we gave feedback.
