Kosandra (I really hope I spelled her name correctly LOL.) Was very helpful and super sweet. On top of her great work ethic, she had a contagious smile and made a bunch of funny little jokes. Even theven though I was very sleepy and having a rough morning, I could not help but smile as well. She definitely turned my morning around."

I asked for manager and attendant yield to the supervisor. Your friend is here! I told her. I am not her friend. Be careful how you refer to me. She replied that she didn't say that. I ended calling head quarters to complain about the bad customer service and disrespectful way I was Treated."
