"Yvette and Jackie were both wonderful, Yvette serviced us when we came in to browse and was not pushy or overbearing but patiently answered our questions and was vary knowledgeable-I put a hold on the mattress and came in a few days later to make the final purchase. Jackie took care of me at that time and made sure that all the ducks were in a row for my financing and was very candid about the delivery time due to adjustable base being out of stock . Even though I have to wait two weeks, it was worth it with the wonderful customer service I received."

"BE AWARE. I am sharing an unfortunate situation involving my recent purchase of a mattress from this American Mattress store. During our initial visit to the store and throughout the purchase process, the store manager emphasized the generous 120-night guarantee policy, assuring us that if we were not satisfied with our mattress, we could easily exchange it with no hassle. Trusting this information, we made the purchase with confidence. However, after sleeping on the mattress for a few nights, my wife and I realized that it was too firm for our liking. We patiently waited for the recommended adjustment period, but after three months, our comfort level remained unchanged - the mattress was undeniably too firm for us. With this in mind, I reached out to the store to initiate the exchange process to the same brand medium firmness mattress, only to be informed that Cal King mattresses were excluded from their guarantee policy. They pointed to the sales order documentation, which stated "SPECIAL ORDER, FINAL SALE/NO REF, CAN, EXC." This revelation came as a considerable shock to us, as we had been repeatedly assured by the store manager and had seen multiple in-store signs clearly stating that an exchange was an option. Contacting the corporate office did not result in any favorable resolution as they firmly stated that Cal King is excluded. Make sure you review all details of your order before signing any documents as relying on the store associate can result in similar experience that we had"

"James (Jimmy) was amazing. He showed me everything I needed to know and gave me space to decide what I wanted. Nothing could be better than someone who is trying to find what you want in a bed and not what they are trying to sell you for once. He made it very easy to make a decision with a friendly and charismatic attitude the whole encounter. I would recommend the visit if in the market. Update: Not even the first night and I notice something is off. I was sent the wrong bed. I asked for the medium and just noticed my father excepted the soft version of the bed. Second Update: The company saw the review and contacted me immediately. They rectified the issue and I got my new bed today and I couldn't be happier. Plus due to the issue with the bed, they gave me two pillows. Thank you so much, I appreciate it :)"
