"This place sucks. I thought this place was a scam at first but turns out they simply run a terrible business. Here’s how they operate, Mike aka Mustafa leaves you an email after ordering your item online telling you the item will be ready in 7-10 days and asks for your contact information. You will reply and hear nothing back for weeks. After sending two more emails, you will still hear nothing. When you call, Mike will answer and say that you should have left your phone number online when you placed the order. He will also say that he never followed up because he never heard back from you. He will say your emails must have gone to spam. If Milwaukee Furniture wants a phone number, then it should be required when you place an order online, not optional. Don’t blame the customer that you have your spam settings too high and don’t require a phone number when you place an online order. Furthermore, I just opened my box and found all the items in the box except for the screws. Two screws were rolling around in the bottom of the box not in the bag. I called their phone number again and they said Mike isn't around to help fix my problem and to call back tomorrow. The employee also told me this never happens and that I probably accidentally threw them away. Again, their strategy is to blame you. This is not how a business should operate. I reiterate strongly, don’t shop here if you expect to be treated with respect."
