Reviews
"I went to E-R on new years day with complaint of severe left rib cage pain. The Dr. zoned in on my complaint and thought I was there to get more pain medication. I was not. Ijust wanted to find out what was wrong. I found out from another hospital that I have a kidney infection. Thanks for listening-Not. I would suggest that you listen and respect the patients complaint."
"This review is not for the hospital, but for Dr. Molnar. I have never looked for forward to a doctors visit or having to have any conversations with a doctor. However Dr. Molnar exceeds expectations across the board. He is very relatable and never makes you feel uncomfortable for speaking. He has completely made me feel ok with going to the doctor and comfortable addressing any issues I may have. If your looking for a new primary I highly recommend Dr. Molnar."
"I liked how comfortable they made me feel. It wasn't like going to a boring doctor appointment it was like visiting friends and family. Also meeting other nice patients didn't hurt either"
"People at the Steeleville clinic are professional but also friendly. Definitely puts a person at ease. Dr. Kirkpatrick is wonderful. Takes all the time you need to understand something and explains things well. Had results of labs the next morning. His nurse called results to me. You are not just a number here."
"I checked into the ER, for a neck injury. I was the only one there. After about 20 minutes a lady and some children came in. A while later two gentlemen came in. I went to ask the receptionist if I could get some ice and before I could even say anything she rudely stated, I can't tell you when you're going to be seen. I then told that I was going to ask for ice for my neck, how rude she was. After a while the ER waiting room was, with no one being seen. After almost three hours with my neck killing me I just went home. Very bad experience. This morning I can't even turn my head. I h I pe the don't expect to charge me for not being helped. I will file a grievance against them if they do."
