"The lady at the front counter is SO RUDE and unprofessional. I had an accident on Saturday morning and the police REFUSED to use my towing service that was listed on my Insurance cart. I think the police get a HUGE kick back using this company. I called on the day of the accident and they said they were closed on the weekend. I had to pay $350 for the accident tow and $70 per day. I called on Monday and they said they only take cash! What business just takes CASH?? They told me they are only open to 4 and I am working to 6. I had to take a day off to avoid further fees! When I arrived, they needed the insurance card...I was told for when they get audited. I had to contact my insurance company to get an email. They are VERY unprofessional! I would stay away from them! RIP OFF PLACE & UNPROFESSIONAL!"

"SCAMMERS! Horrible customer service. Lady at the front desk has no respect for others, WONT LET YOU SPEAK! they tried to charge us $200 more of what they told us ORIGINALLY! Only untill we threatened to call the police where WE able to get our car out!! So called supervisor was worse then the receptionist. Our car looks more damaged then after the accident!. We will be calling the police and reporting this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

"Very disappointing experience. This towing company was called to tow my vehicle by the tollway when my Audi A8 broke down on 294. After towing my vehcile to the Audi dealership, I contacted the company and questioned the extremly high hook up charge I was billed. Windy City Towing explained to me that the bill is what it is. I contacted the tollway and was told what the maximum hook charge allowable for a towing company contracted with the tollway would be. It's $225, however I was charged $285. Furthermore , the tow truck driver did not know how to disengage the transmission. He proceeded to drag my car onto the tow truck bed, causing $1700 in damage. Windy City will not return calls or address our claims for damage. The tollway needs to remove this company from the towing list. I will be contacting every member of the tollway board with the deatils of my Windy City Towing experience."

"we were forced to use this towing company after our vehicle was involved in an accident. horrible customer service and ridiculously expensive. it took them almost an hour to release our vehicle after we paid. they charged us the storage for the day we picked it up even though we were there as soon as they opened. 315 for tow and now 75 per day of storage...avoid business with this company."
