"I came into the store on December 30 and ordered furniture. I ordered a in stock item that was online was given a delivery date of January 4. On January 4, I received the mattress that I ordered and a black couch ONLY (I ordered a navy blue couch and navy blue love seat). They said this was a manufacturer error. I was then told it would come the following Tuesday (January 9). The following Tuesday, I didn’t receive my furniture and was rescheduled several times. They informed me that I would have a delivery on Monday (January 15) but still no delivery due to them being closed for MLK day. I was then told they would have it by Friday (January 19) but would deliver it Saturday (January 20). I didn’t receive my furniture on Saturday either. I contacted the store Sunday (January 21) and was informed that my delivery would arrive Monday (which it did) but it was missing legs that go on the chaise. I’ve been trying to contact them about that (I know it probably came from the manufacturer like that) but they are closed due to repairs.The employees NEVER told me that it would take weeks to receive my order. The only thing they stated to me was that my order was in stock when I ordered but was out of stock right after that. On top of that, I always had to call them/visit the store for updates. Not to mention, there have been several times I called/visited the store and they were closed during their posted open hours. However, the store did give me a box spring and rug on them so they did try and compensate me in some way but overall this was not a good experience for me."

"This place sucks the worker that work in this place have terrible person and communication skills, they lie about my deliveries we had to wait almost 3 weeks for delivery when the told us n to business day, they NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, they sell u furniture that they don’t even have.I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE THIS PLACE SUCK STAY AWAY,DONT BELIEVE THIS OWNER THEY DIDNT TELL ME 1-3 weeks they told us 1-2 business days and it took 3 weeks never communicate with us about not showin up for deliveries, we always reached out to them terrible terrible place, furniture store and workers NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL IF I COULD I WOULD HAVE GAVE THEM HALF OF A STAR THEY NOT WORTH ONE STAR SO MANY EXCUSE NOW PIPES BURST STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF U LOOKIN FOR Furniture"

"We came from out of state to visit family and came to look at mirrors to bring back home. From start to finish right when we walked through the door, Aj and his guys were extremely helpful, very professional, organized and friendly. They made us feel like family. Within their whole store you are guaranteed to find something that fits your style. We found the perfect mirror and they wrapped it up securely to insure it would make it back home safely. They also helped load it in the car but that’s not all the prices on all the stuff in the store was not just good but they worked with are budget and we got a nice rug as well. I’m definitely coming back."
