"We went to Luxilon specifically to look at the Stressless furniture line. We had no intention of buying yet. Charlie was so attentive to our needs that we ended up buying 2 chairs that day. He was delightful and easy to work with. We purchased the chairs on Saturday and they were delivered on Monday by Jose and Ricardo. Jose and Ricardo were fast and cleaned up everything! "Fabulous experience from start to finish. We were looking for a dining room table and came across a beautiful one we really liked here but it was a normal height and I really wanted counter height. The salesman said we can get it as counter height and pulled up the options on the screen. We could customize not only the height but the color as well. Along with different options of chairs and customized seat cushion and colors. It took about 6 weeks but when it came in it was fantastic. The delivery men were awesome as well. Very professional and and neat. They took good care while putting it all together and delivering in the house. Will definitely go back for future furniture needs."

"My wife and I randomly popped into Luxilon on a rainy Saturday and found everything we were looking for. Charlie, our sales representative, was attentive and thorough. The quality of their furniture is very high, and they have a lot of design choices to choose from. They don’t do deliveries into the city on Monday so I scheduled delivery for a Friday. They were able to make sure their COI met all of my buildings requirements and the delivery was smooth and effortless. Jose and Ricardo were incredibly careful and worked quickly.
