"Very disappointed with the food. I ordered the Osso Buco and it was honestly the worst dry shank without any sauce I’ve had. The waitress mention 2x that it would take longer but I left feeling they didn’t know what they were doing. The waitresses didn’t really ask if we liked our food. Maybe they already knew but it is something the chef should know. Additionally the pokebowl tuna salad bowl the UT Golf Club member ordered was unappetizing and she didn’t touch it. Come on now, she’s a regular member who goes every family night and if she didn’t touch her food the CHEF should know. Also,the Mac & Cheese for the kids is also not consistent. Really? You can’t make mac and cheese the same consistently? Red flags here too. Honestly, who’s the chef here because they are taking their eye off the ball and the food here, from what I saw is a disaster. FINALLY, if you have a UT GOLF MEMBER who regularly goes every week and brings her own wine because the stuff here is not that good, the STAFF should now that and the CHEF should know that the wine there is bad, maybe they can do something about it, but I doubt it. Your chef, your staff, and the fact that you don’t know a regular member who brings their own wine letting the whole table know there is a “cork fee” is low class. I felt very sorry for not only the members but the guests they invite. UT Golf Club has some work to do."

"We had a buddies trip planned here for July 2022, they asked us to move dates back for aerification. They said the course would be good on our dates. For $190 a round it was absolutely pathetic and the course should not have been open to guests. Casitas are great but course condition was certifiably atrocious. Zero stars. Horns down. Shameful."
