"We have had a couch and loveseat reupholstered by Citrano years ago. We were very happy with their work. However, now we wonder what is going on with the company. I have gone into the storefront and spoken first time with a woman and just very recently a woman and a man inquiring about reupholstering a chair. Each time I was given an in home appointment day and time for some one to check out chair and give estimate on its reupholestering. Each of these two scheduled times; no one showed up or even called. Very disappointed with the customer service especially having been a repeat customer. We are no longer recommending Citrano."

"Citrano Upholstery repaired my 6 vinyl kitchen chairs that had rips and missing buttons in the old vinyl covering. I received quotes from 2 additional vinyl repair companies. Citrano's price was the most reasonable, although cash or check was required, which saved more money. I visited their store with one chair, and saw impressive work being done. That, as well as their excellent price using the better quality naugahyde, the reasonable amount of time needed, and their free pick-up and delivery service, convinced me to use them. While a problem with their truck resulted in picking up the chairs a week late, they still finished and delivered them on time. The results more than lived up to my expectations!"
