"We needed multiple pieces of furniture, recliners and sofas for two different rooms. We had waited years to renovate and remodel a basement and a small livingroom. We had owned lesser quality furniture, flex-steel, brands that we thought were good quality/sturdy, that were not La-Z-Boy quality. We have shopped around and found that furniture quality has gone down, post covid, no supply chain issues, just the quality of the build/craftsmanship, materials sourcing, etc.. We wanted to spend our money wisely on good quality, reputable furniture, that's why we decided on La-Z-Boy. We wanted both leather and some fabric pieces, with so many options and upgrades, we were pleasantly surprised. Our salesperson, Dave, was outstanding and worked with us on multiple days to help us pick the right options for us. Some items have "raised" frame features for taller people, and the newer wireless remotes are wonderful on the recliners AND some sofas, buy it as an upgrade, its's worth it! And if available, GET THE LUMBAR SUPPORT, ITS HEAVEN! lol! The furniture planning service is outstanding as they can help you decide what size/type furniture, what color paint, side tables, etc., will fit and look nice in the existing space you are trying to "fit" your furniture in. We did order some upgraded leather and fabric, (so many choices!) and as items are made to order, that takes time, so be patient, and get the choices you want. We will be going back to configure a dining room set that will "fit" into our existing space. I am impressed at their Canadel from Canada furniture design service, again, so many choices for dining and entertaining spaces, ANY size/shape table, alot of wood finishes, alot of chair styles, upholstered or not, so many fabric choices, my mind was "beachballing" just thinking about it! I look forward to having new dining room furniture on order in the next 6-9 months! But I digress, thanks to Dave at La-Z-Boy for helping us choose our wonderful "forever" furniture!"

I liked that he didn't hover over me, like they do in some stores. When I found what I liked, he was very professional at completing my custom order. I can't wait to get my new furniture. "Toni took great care of us. Helped with all the possible options for a recliner that will fit me the best, I’m 6’5”. Ended up picking a recliner with wireless remote, loved the lumbar support. Also went with leather. Chair is currently in production so should arrive 5-6 weeks, vs 14 weeks if ordering a custom design. Also purchased 5 year warranty for worry free usage."
