"Lakeland Players is a Community Theater group that performs classic plays in Historic Sprague Theater, Elkhorn WI. It's affordable entertainment performed by locals. Some plays are excellent, some are less so. There's always a lot of energy and sense of community involved. It's a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. It's also a great way to support arts and volunteers in the Elkhorn area."
"A wonderful community of people who put on entertaining shows in the beautiful historic theater, the Sprague."
"Everyone is mediocre and can’t sing. I feel like I’m watching old ladies in corsets trying to be hot. Also everything is musty and I’m scared to sit in the seats and get an infection."
"Nice local theater on main street of Elkhorn. We saw Barefoot in the Park, Neil Simon, performed by Lakeland Players. It was well done. This Troupe is community-based and non-professional. Entertaining. Support the community. Low Cost."
"Lakeland Players is a great group of people. Everyone of them talented in their own way from acting to set design, stage, sound and lighting."
