The store was very honest when choosing furniture it was explained to me that the cheaper Furniture was made cheaper and I purchased furniture that was a little more pricey but the quality is amazing, looks and feels like it's made to last. "My husband and I moved into our home over a year ago and found this gem right near us. When we went in there were so many options to look at and I’m glad we could actually see everything to get a better perspective on sizing etc. We picked the perfect couch and were able to take it home that same day. Fast forward to more than a year later , we now have two dogs that recently tore apart one of our couch cushions. I frantically called asking if there was any way to order a new cover & would pay whatever was never because we love our couch. Not even a week later I got a call that the cover was in. I came in to pick up & pay and was happy to find out it was covered under warranty with buying the couch! The couch looks brand new again. Thanks furniture a outlet !!!"

"My wife went to buy a bed and the owner offered her the the entire set of bedroom however she went with hes word for the drawers with mirrors and the tall drawers to make a 3 peace set my wife asked again can we see the drawers which he replied we dont have example on the floor so she went along not knowing how they have the perfect scam going for the return policy with a % of lets say if you return and you spent $1000 with a furniture thats a less than mediocre" and im being reasonable to say such"in materials thats this furniture is made of they require a $400 return for restock so people be careful as you see the reviews are more like paid out family or friends to soup up the consumer i will post pics of the furniture because i came to claim that one of the drawers was broken plus its so tiny that you cant fit no clothing and i explained this to the furniture store i happened to run into the owners brother very unprofessional and doesn't have a clue of what is customer service claimed that my returns was more for something like we dont like the looks of the furniture i believe even though i was explaining the why he wont level the furniture being any good for storing your clothing you have no space nothing i will post pics please take your time and look"

"Garbage furniture people please verify what you buy in this poor furniture store " poor" meaning material wise they will talk a good game until its time to return the no good furniture if you look at the last few pics shows how i came to the store to return the furniture because its doesn't serve our purpose its to small the owners brother literally argued that they did have and displayed drawers and how can you not have seen it , like i said i was in the store with my wife do to work she has no time to look around and walked into this place BIG MISTAKE because the return policy its based on or you keep it or we keep your money so look at the poor quality of this furniture before you spend your hard earned money with Garbage i believe salvation army will offer better service better furniture and a return policy of a professional nature that we are custom to please look at what your buying dont go for what they tell you we dont have a display of that peace because thats how they hide the poor quality of theyre furniture look at the way the furniture its glued together with material thats basically for toys like furniture for kids to play but i dont care how they do theyre furniture its the fact that they want you to keep after you noticed the poor quality of the furniture and they catch you with not showing you a return policy sad sad place however let them keep the money desperate people do desperate things our safety is first"
