The salesperson Tom was the best, he took the best effort to understand our needs and was nice enough to even include the kid, who we were shopping the mattress for, in the selection process. We were unable to decide on a headboard the same day. But to our surprise, while we were so confused about the multiple options we were seeing online, Tom gave us a call(2 days after we left the store!) to give us a pointer on two head board choices!
