"I would not recommend buying a Christmas tree from American Sales. We bought our tree on 12/26/2021 and two years later it is almost completely burned out. We spent just under $200 dollars for a tree that did not last two years. We had to replace many lights in 2022 and 2023 and most of the tree still went out. When buying the tree in 2021 only the displayed model was available in multi colored lights. My husband and I were both hesitant to buy a display model, but the sales associate stated their display trees last for years and are extremely durable. When we went to the Romeoville location this year to look at trees, since we need to replace this one, they informed us they would not recommend buying a display tree unless you want to be replacing lights every year. Extremely disappointed."
