"The check in customer service was extremely awful and poor. I couldn’t even explain my symptoms without being rushed and getting talked to poorly by unprofessional trash. It was not genuine or professional at all. Do better. Don't work the front desk if you don’t know how to treat the community with respect."

"My grandfather has been in and out of there 3 times in the past two weeks. Yes, he is sick but when you go in a hospital and are discharged without them helping in anyway there is a problem. Communication with the nurses has been so so and communication with the doctors have been TERRIBLE. I have loved this hospital in the past as I had my son here. So while they may be excellent in one department their care and concern for the elderly is poor to say the least. Unfortunately most elderly cannot advocate for themselves and are therefor taken advantage of. This should not be the case in any health care facility but certainly not at a hospital of this size and nature."

"Recently I had back surgery at Mo Bap. My experience was great. All the nurses who took care of me on the surgery floor were great. Then once I got to the Orthopedic floor they took wonderful care of me. Nurse Ginny was my first nurse, then I had Nurse Kelly, Zach and Barb. They were all great however I have to say Kelley and Barb were the absolute best! They checked on me often and never made me feel like I was a bother! They always had a smile. Care tech Duane (hope that’s spelled right) was also wonderful she was always ready to help with a smile! The OT and PT team were also awesome. Even when I gave them a scare a couple times! I know dealing with people especially sick ones isn’t always easy. I hope they know how much I appreciated their kindness! Thank you- Sarah"
