"Oh my god,why don't they shut this hospital down, so this is wat they do,when you get there they pull you to the back to check ur vitals and ask you wats wrong, well this day I had severe chest pains and was throwing up,after that we waited a hour that's when they finished the registration, see they do it like that so they can start building ur insurance and if you leave they have already gotten paid for a service, the black lady and the nurses were rude as hell, so whether happens call ur I suran"

"I would rate no stars if I could.. Nurses were at the station talking and laughing instead of tending to patients. Was there for almost 6 hours and didn’t see not one dr.. went in for stomach pains and nausea and not once did anyone check my stomach or ANYTHING! Really need to do better or hire new staff that will actually pay attention to the patients.. every time I come here the staff seems so lazy and that they hate their job"

"I’ll only add 4 stars because of the staff. Minus a nurse named David, he was nice but very forgetful, rarely came in and had to call for him too many times. Chad and Sarah and T.J., the lady with the blonde curls in e.r. She was from Texas with an accent, the one older lady who told me about how her grandpa taught her how to drive. Wish I knew there names. And a Asian doctor from Texas or I think she was Korean, not sure. a lot of the nurses are awesome, so sweet, attentive and just amazing. But the problem in the hospital is lack of communication between parties. You can tell the nurse who are just there for the money and the ones who truly care. I only met a few nurse who didn’t do all they were suppose to, so that left other nurses to fill in. We had to wait awhile but we came on a busy day, and I never liked hospitals but everyone I met made my day. Truly God bless them, and their families. I truly hope that the nurses who didn’t have to help us (because they weren’t assigned to our room) that God bless them tremendously. And that they get the recognition they deserve, because their truly kind hearted and wonderful. ❤️"

"Very attentive to our needs. The staff made sure we were comfortable and communicated effectively. The doctors were very caring. They made sure we throughly understood what was going on with my mom and how they intended to treat her. Very pleased."

"I went to this hospital tonight and sat in the waiting room for almost 7hrs. I've been there twice before and had wonderful nurses and doctors but tonight I didn't even see a doctor. I had a doctor's assistant come in and ask me some questions and pretty much rolling her eyes and not caring then messed with my knee and left the room. About 15mins later a very nice nurse came in a gave me a pain med and said I was being discharged. I understand they were busy but they didn't even try to find out what was going on with my knee. I guess they figured my PCP will find out."
