"Great service and attention by Darius, the store manager. Our delivery went well. This is our fifth La-z-Boy purchase. Only problem was that although we bought a pricey full leather reclining sofa, La-z-Boy would not allow us to choose the matching leather for the two complimentary pillows. We had to choose another material that matches nothing in our home. We’ll probably give them to charity, thanks a lot La-z-Boy. Maybe they do not want us to be returning customers for a sixth purchase???"

I was so excited and proud to be able to afford a chair and couch from this brand and it’s only brought forth disappoint. Customer Care is near impossible to get ahold of and I’ve been waiting for days to find out when I’m getting my 2nd couch replacement in 6 months (yes, a grand total of 3 couches in and out of my townhouse in 6 months). The store manager refuses to reimburse me and instead said he will “continue to replace your broken couches with new ones.” My mistake buying clearance cause clearly this is a defective line. The legs keep caving in on themselves and yet I’m only one person sitting on a couch with a 900 pound weight limit??"
