"I bought a pair of Vapor's more expensive speakers several years ago. I received them in mid 2015 after some delays and some minor communication issues, but none like have been reported elsewhere. The speakers are world class, and were worth the wait. I would state publicly that every one of my issues and concerns has been addressed, but some things have required time and patience on my part. Given the cost of their products, such time and patience can be a lot to ask of a prospective buyer. I wish them the best, and would expect that with some minor customer service upgrades could be something special."

"I bought a pair of Cirrus speakers from Ryan years ago and after a long wait they finally showed up but with multiple defects in the finish work. The baffles for one thing are taller than the speakers so they are not flush. A big gouge on the side of one speaker which was not filled in and repaired correctly. Childish behavior on this pair of speakers. After a week of owning the speakers bubbles started to form in the veneer with one very large bubble on one speaker. Complete sabotage because I complained about how long I waited for these speakers. After the owner ignored repeated emails and phone calls I took to the internet to warn people about this business. Unfortunelty the forums sided with the owner and a lot of people afterwards were taken advantage of. There are customers right now who have been waiting years to get there speakers after paying up front. I can't even imagine how that feels. These speakers set me back $6000 and could not be sold for more than $1200 right now. WARNING!!!! DO NOT SEND THIS COMPANY A DEPOSIT FOR SPEAKERS!!!"

"My dad ordered speakers in 2015. Vapor Audio has refused communication after 2016. My dad cancelled the order and still no refund (he gave him over $3000 deposit and waited 2+ years for these speakers). Please go somewhere else for your speaker needs!!!!!!!"

"Family ordered custom speakers, gave Vapor Audio over $3,000 deposit then never followed through with the order and they fully cut communication and we still have not heard from them in months - no refund."
