"Nice black box theater with limited seating."
"Wow! My daughter (a BFA MT student) and I attended Nine sort of by accident. I've lived here my whole life and never knew this place existed. Hint - you guys need better social media promotion! I've never seen Nine, but the show was FABULOUS. Honestly pretty shocked by the caliber of the cast. Some extremely talented vocalists and love the feel of an intimate black box. Sound and lighting were professional. Ticket prices are a bargain. We'll defitnely be back for the next show (and I LOVE Sondheim). Well done!"
"Loved it. Cast of "Sonething's Rotten" is tremendously talented. Venue is a hidden gem. Staff is wonderful, space is intimate. Could use some seating in the lobby/bar. Will be back - great!"
"Saw the musical "Be More Chill". The theater staff are super friendly. They do sell adult beverages and soft drinks. The theater space is very cozy and the seats are comfortable. The parking is free too. Would definitely go see another show at the theater again."
"Amazing experience! We took my daughter and her cousins for a girls' night to see Be More Chill. The venue is small and intimate and absolutely every seat is a good one. For such a small stage, I was amazed at the detail in the set and how everything served a multipurpose that allowed you to really set each scene in your mind. All of this, and the most pleasing thing of all was the phenomenal talent! The music and the acting was so good it was like spending $100 at the Fox. No joke! We have some real talent in St. Louis. It was good to see it for under $20 - a price tag that allowed us to take a group of 9, most of whom were high schoolers. For sure, the experience wowed them and got them excited about theater in their own schools next year. Their favorite part was meeting the cast after the show. They not only met each and every member of the cast, got pictures with them, and autographs on their playbills, the actors had actual conversations with them. They took time to talk with them and were sincerely interested in what the teens had to say. I then got an email thanking me for supporting the arts in St. Louis. No, St. Louis, thank you for supporting our teens. Best night ever!"
