"Hmm let’s see, why the 1 star review? -My sister came here, died 6 days later. -My dad came here, now suffering from amputations caused by his visit. -My wife came here, was misdiagnosed multiple times and sent home before we went to Iowa City where she was immediately admitted for a serious medical issue. These people don’t know what they are doing. Save your loved one’s life and go to Iowa City instead, if you want them to actually live."

"Absolutely awful and unsanitary. Uncaring staff allowed a boy to scream in the ER waiting room for the entire time I was there. We left before being seen because a boy came in with a definite deep cough and would not separate him nor give him a mask and there was piss all over 3 seats and the floor. They never came to clean it up and never warned anyone not to sit there. I was warning people."

"Updated Review Went to the ER last night with my girlfriend and her daughter. The ER room was disgusting! Please see pictures below. The bed was all ripped with patches everywhere, and looked like poop on the wheels. Just NASTY! Pleasant experience every time I've been. They have been very fast and efficient just about every visit. My son was born here and they did and excellent job and couldn't thank them enough for what they did. Staff is very friendly and the waiting rooms are nice and the pond is a beautiful and peaceful place to go ease your mind."

"My wife delivered our first here and we had to stay a few days. All of the nurses and staff were amazing. My only gripe is the room service had kind of an attitude when calling in the order, but friendly when they came to the room."

"I delivered my baby boy here and the nurses suck!! Very rude and slow. I’ve had one nurse that I’ve enjoyed here and she’s an older lady named Chris. During my 27 hour labor I was treated like dirt and they wouldn’t do anything for my labor pains until it was to late. The staff here and just plan lazy!!"
