"Friendly no matter how crabby I am. Reschedule my missed appointments with enthusiasm. So many specialists at FHN. I've worked with several. All were great experiences. My primary care provider even calls when my labs and other tests come back normal. Where I come from they say "if you don't hear from me, your test results are normal" - "but you should call just in case". I'm healthier than I have ever been thanks to Dr. REESE and the rest of the staff at FHN. Thank you!"

"The pediatric nurse that talks to patients on the phone is extremely unhelpful and neglectful. My daughter was very sick and I had to take her in to the doctor last week. I was told to call if she gets worse. I had to call the day before Thanksgiving because she became progressively worse. It took 3 calls in 4 hours to finally talk to the nurse. She proceeded to lecture me about how an antibiotic isn’t going to make cold symptoms go away, which I am well aware of. I was following the doctor’s orders of calling because my daughter was getting worse. She then said she would call the doctor and then call me back if she wanted her to get seen today. I never received a call back. Not sure how a nurse could leave the office on the day before a holiday without following up regarding an ill infant."
