"Their customer service is Worthless!! Avoid your self the trouble and bank somewhere else. What is the point of setting up an online account if you are unable to access it when you need it. They ask you to call, yet when you do, they are unable to resolve the issue and tell you to go to local branch. For someone who is disabled and can not get around, visiting the local branch is not as easy, hence the online banking. WORTHLESS"

"This is a Corpus Cristi bank and offers a much higher interest rate on all accounts. (a 3.2% dividend on checking accounts). The bank is fairly new and previously was known as The Navy Army Bank for some reason. Expect great services and a professional staff. And you recommend a new client you get $50!"
