She helped me through the phone when it came to emailing my mom’s referral. People like her make you want to keep coming back to places. She is so sweet!"

The staff at the front desk and all the radiology technicians are the nicest and the most courteous people I have ever met in a medical facility. "The experience of the actual scan was great, five stars. After insurance, I was notified today of a $49 balance. I don't mind that, but then proceeding to spam my phone with texts over and over is so obnoxious. Stop doing that. It's not okay."

"To be honest with you, I had to wait longer than my appointment time but does happen so no big deal. The doctor for the ultrasound was very thorough and professional with good mannerism. It's a very nice place and clean."

"What a terrible first impression! I had an appointment for a CT scan of my brain, due to a head injury. When I walked into the center, there were 3 staff members sitting behind the counter, with another staff member standing behind them. There were 3 patients sitting in the waiting area. Happily, there was no one in line at the counter waiting for assistance. I made eye contact with one of the staff members. She looked to the floor. I waited for about 1 minute, for acknowledgement. I then moved forward to the counter, still being ignored. After another minute, I made eye contact with another staff member who then asked me if I was being helped. I said no, and she gave me documents to complete return to her. I asked if there was a patient portal and she told me to Google the company and get instructions on how to sign on to get my information. She further stated she had no idea what I was supposed to do. The CT experience, however, was quite pleasant. She was compassionate and competent. After this experience, I would never choose this location for me or anyone under my care. I hope someone reads this and addresses this with the front counter staff."
