"This place was a dump. There was a wrapping from a sanitary pad. Behind the toilet there were cigarette burns and the blankets I got a room with two beds my sheet was not clean. I would not advise anyone to stay here. The pictures on the website look ok , but the pictures are not the same as you will see once you check in had I not paid online I would have demanded my money back and made them call the police because it was that horrible. I was ripped off, never again will I go there. Had not my cousin been in the hospital at Loyola University I would not have ever gone there. I give them a zero."

"Was EXACTLY what I needed after a long night out. The bed was very comfy and inviting. The shower and water was SUPER hot which I loved, and overall, everything was pretty clean! My small gripe was the small bundle of baby ants that lingered right by where the fridge was, but other than that? I'll make that a place to stay for sure in the future."

"I've been here awhile. Everyone is pretty nice for the most part except this one young man that works here. I've been in the lobby twice waiting up to 10 minutes for someone to pop in and come to find out, both times he's running back over from across the street? I thought employees have to be on the property at all times. Then, I was in the ER yesterday for bleeding. Thanks travel inn for not understanding that!! And I called to talk to my boyfriend to let him have an update. I called 4 times with 1 time the man put me through a different room. Then, when I had to recall because of that, the man was annoyed and told me to stop calling. I paid for the room, I can call as many times as I want. I've had these bugs in my other room and the man refused to comp me since they didn't have any other rooms available. He blamed the people that stay here for being dirty! The housekeepers don't mop so if you walk barefoot your feet WILL be black unless you clean it yours. Not the worst place I've been until the bugs showed up."
