"Its company is very good frendly staff have overnight parking and restrooms clean 30 mns unloding but drivers sit inside while unloading not issue"

"Friendly staff, fast unload, allowed me to take dog into waiting area while getting unloaded since he's well behaved but always ask first. Plenty of room to meneauver. Restroom in waiting area as well."

"Classic example of employees being totally blind to the policies and procedures set in place by management. Make adjustments to rules as they go.. driver unload policies are listed on wall in check in area. Said rules allow drivers to drop their trailer while unloading if they so choose. I was very rudely told by the guy on the dock that " no no we will not be doing that".. ? Of course I asked why, and got even more attitude from this guy. Guy is one of those that obviously doesn't know or even care about companies policies. Very un-professional. Drivers are forced to sit in an area to small to maintain six feet of social distance. Place is a mess, absolute joke."

"Only thing bugs me as a driver is they make you sit in small shipping area with other drivers even in COVID-19 which is quite unsafe and I refuse to sit there as i feel suffocated, the forklift guy was not happy with me and took a while to unload me. Washroom available for driver and overnight parking as well."
