"This isn't the newest hotel but it's cozy and the beds are comfortable. They actually allow smoking and whoever does the cleaning does a great job. The owners are warm and friendly."

I had to beg for towels and I've stayed for more then one night what it says online is not accurate about this place very misleading....literally I'm leaving I payed to stay here for what? Waste of my time and money just for Disrespect on my holiday time off from work.... People book hotels to relax not be told they cant even wait in your lobby for more then 15 mins...moldy nasty rooms leaking from walls"

"Horrible motel. We booked for 3 nights ala total of 5 rooms with family and 3 of the rooms had bed bugs. Immediately we got out of the rooms and requested a refund. The guy that was there was very rude. It was 3am and we had to find another place to stay. Do not stay here there’s bed bugs and mattress are disgusting"

"I was in town for my 2 day 30th Class Reunion and was very skeptical about getting a room on Mannheim Rd. There was no need to worry. The room was very clean, no complaints at all. The staff was helpful, answered my questions and were very friendly. The check in area was very clean with brochures for things to do. The motel grounds were well taken care of and no loitering. I felt very safe. Thank you Regal Inn!"
