"I purchased a tv console. The delivery delivered the console and immediately left as I was inspecting the unit. I immediately discovered a significant crack in the base and foot. I ran to the door and the delivery people had left. I immediately reported this to customer service. They were rude and didn't want to offer resolutions to address. After two months and numerous calls it was kicked up to the Corporate office where they agreed to refund my money. Why did it take so long and so many calls. Would not recommend Haverty."
