"We stayed here for an overnight layover. The shuttle was convenient and runs 24/7 (as of February 2024, the domestic pickup location is near Door 2A). The room was spacious, modern, and clean, and breakfast was simple but adequate."

"Wow! I was super impressed with this hotel. Hampton Inn's are always nice, but this one was exceptional. I used the shuttle service which was the most prompt, efficient, and nicest one I've used (and I've stayed at several o'hare hotels.) It's about ten minutes from the airport and they drop you off at whatever terminal you need. Good experience started from checkin- the guy at the front desk was efficient and friendly even though it was late at night. The room was modern and lovely. My name was on the tv with a welcome message when I got to the room which was cute. They had high quality body wash, shampoo, hand soap and conditioner all in pump bottles. Even though it was just me, they gave me 4-5 towels and plenty of washcloths - no skimping. My only regret is that I only got to stay in the room for a brief layover night, and wish I could have slept in and enjoyed the fabulous bed - those pillows were AWESOME. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. It's not the fault of the hotel but given the proximity to the beltline and the airport, it's a bit loud in the room."

"Breakfast was these awful bagel bite things with bacon. Would have much preferred scrambled eggs or omelets like most Hampton inns do. Rest of hotel was fine. Free hotel shuttle runs every 15/20 mins but not on a set schedule. Pool and hot tub."

"I booked this hotel not knowing this hotel was renovated. Upon checking in the staff is very very friendly, very professional. I forgot the girls name at the front desk. Our flight was delayed we needed something closer to the airport plus they had a shuttle. I can’t believe the price they charge it’s super cheap for this hotel, well kept property at this rate it’s unreal in 2024. Since im a diamond member probably the cheapest Hilton I’ve stayed at with the amenities they offer. From now on whenever I am flying from Chicago I’ll be staying here, very clean rooms and sheets I am very picky when it comes to cleaning. I’ll rate 10/10 on this property.."

"This place was great. The rooms were nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and they even have an amazing new line of soap and shampoo that smells so good. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was hot and tasty. The lady who took care of the breakfast area was very personable and kept the area very clean. Although the location isn't perfect, there aren't a lot of places within walking distance to eat, the shuttle service makes up for it. The shuttle was always there, never made us wait to leave, and got us to the airport promptly, which is where you can get on the train into the city. The drivers were friendly and answered any questions we had. The proximity to the airport ensured we weren't late for our return morning flight."
