"Just saw a review with the same issue I have had. Had X-rays done over a week ago. Can’t reach them at any of their 7 locations. No results received and no response. I had to go to another imaging center for a second set which is not healthy and. Waste of time. I even went to the Carol stream location to find it was closed in the middle of the day. They post on FB but don’t respond to comments. When I was there a man who clearly did not work there stuck his head in my room looking to say hello to the tech. She said he used to own the place. How unprofessional while I stand there in a gown and he doesn’t even work there. Bad news. Run!"

"If I could give zero stars out of five, I would. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to. I took my mom for an ultrasound and we were supposed to get the reports in 2-3 business days. One month has passed and we are still waiting for the reports. I’ve called multiple times and they keep telling me that the reports take longer and that it is the radiologist’s fault. They are supposed to be open until 5pm, I’ve been there multiple times and I’ve found the place open only ONCE. At that only time I found this place open, I talked with the receptionist (a very kind lady), who told me that her boss (Jennifer) was supposed to email me the reports the next following day. I’m still waiting for that email. They must be the most irresponsible people dealing with peoples’ lives. Save your time, money and energy for a place that will take care of you properly. Very disappointed."

Besides their affordable prices for patients with no insurance, their customer service is excellent! Sarah was so caring as far as listening to my concerns and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to prioritize my health and guide me on what’s next which means a lot to me and I am thankful for. Recommended 100%! Thank you for your care pretty ladies !"

"Seems like this company doesn't understand or care of the value of how their profession fit in the medical recovery journey and all they are just a shady operation. Made an appointment weeks past as they didnt have appointments just for them to drop me without a care in the world. From the comments I am reading here - it seems like this is their standard practice. To the business: Get your act together or stop what you do. This is a medical industry. You shouldnt be taking this business like a regular business - you are dealing with peoples health!"

"Price is right! Great experience. Needed a MRI on my knee. Scheduling was a breeze. The MRI machine went down so they unfortunately needed to reschedule my original appointment, but these things happen. The guy who did the MRI did well with my bad jokes. A lumbar pillow would have been nice because my back was hurting by the end."
