"Our room was clean which I always appreciate. But our room with two queens was very small. The only chair in the entire room is the desk chair. Otherwise you have to sit on your bed. The desk is right in front of the TV, so if someone is sitting there it blocks part of the view. Breakfast and the service was very good. We got it for free, but if you paid for it it's very expensive. Plenty of free parking."

"This is my NEW go to hotel. The check-in was done by an awesome, very pleasant and very professional clerk. The rooms, though somewhat small, were very clean and inviting. It was well stocked with coffee, tea, cups, and bathing supplies. Also it had a small fridge, coffee maker and a BIG TV! I fell in love with that bed! Every staff member my wife and I came into contact with was pleasant and kind. At the Bar, the brew was cold, plentiful and served by a great guy who loves sports like I do. You have got to try those wings! The Night Desk Clerk asked about our comfort and ensured us that any problem will be fixed with a phone call. Yep...I Love this place!"

"Worst service ever. Worst ever customer service. The woman at the reception was extremely rude, unprofessional and came across with an attitude. She pretended that she was doing us a favor by even talking to us. It was a late check in and she was extremely rude, arrogant and barely knew anything about membership status and bookings. Asked for extra pillows and she went on a tirade. Had to call the police to just get in to the room. I am really surprised that Marriott allows such behavior towards guests. Have been staying with Marriott for years but it’s time that I have to think otherwise. Felt really unsafe and verbally abused. If the staff at the front register can act on her own whim and say that she will make sure that we cannot get into our room, just because she can do that to us if she wants, when we were already on our way to the elevator with our room keys, there is nothing more I can say about the establishment. Never have I ever had any experience near to this with any other Marriott . Please stay away from this hotel while you can."
