"We’ve traveled cross country a few times since retiring and usually stay at Holiday Inn Express. This was one of our best experiences. We were greeted at the front desk - very friendly. Sue was wonderful. When she thanked us for being IHG Rewards members, it felt sincere. She offered a dinner recommendation that we followed & it was just what we were looking for. The hotel was spotless- everywhere. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hot & ready. Sue checked us out- again- friendly & helpful. She’s an asset to your company."
