"This place is changing quickly, it used to be clean and quiet, now there is a lot of stuff in the hallway, they don't even clean anymore!"

"I did not pay for a room here, I just called to ASK for their availability because there is nothing on google and I spoke to a gentlemen who told me to call back the DAY I would need to come in to CHECK for availability, how does that even make sense? I need a room for the 24th and he said "call back then and ask me" how unprofessional."

"A lovely location, but Very unpleasant experience. The first night in room #16 the room was very dusty and the floor was dirty. I had to call and ask for a broom or a vacuum cleaner to clean the floor. Every day after that for 7 days I did all the housekeepers work since the housekeeper never came to the unit. The sheets when requested majority of them were stained. Even the mattress cover was already stained from the first night. When I requested a changed one, I was told that was the only one they had and it did all 7 days with its stain. The vacuum cleaner had an awful dog scent in it, even when I emptied the dog hairs and garbage in it, it kept the stink. I previously said I would not review this place due to this awful experience, but, I do not know how many other people of colour may experience this same awful situation and would need to beware."
