"The door for every theater room is a push bar panic exit. Terrible design for a movie theater. The entire movie I had to hear that door get pushed open and then slam shut. It was so loud. What’s worse is it was the 4DX which is an experience that involves all of your senses but no one thought about that awful door? Make it make sense."

"I’ve been to this theater a handful of times and have noticed a severe issue with sound bleeding between theaters. Recently saw “The Zone of Interest,” a fairly quiet film, and the loud audio from the theater next door was incredibly distracting. I understand this is an issue a lot of theaters face, but would love to see some improvements as it’s an issue that’s negatively impacting the viewing experience."

"Management here is a complete joke. Really don’t understand how they still have jobs there. One in particular named Nia is very lazy and had attitude with me during one of my visits. The theater is very unorganized and the staff members don’t seem to be trained at all. The inside itself isn’t to welcoming, along with that it can be confusing. There machines never work ; including the ice machines. How does a location this popular have so many problems? I’d assume it’s due to poor management. Not to mention the prices keep going up and the quality constantly is going down. On the bright side parking is cheap compared to other locations. If you can avoid this theater do so. But if you have no other option it will do."

"Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! To be such a beautiful place, they sure do have awful service! We were running about 20 minutes late for the movie, and they denied us access. The ticket taker, first of all, didn't greet us! He appeared as if he didn't even wanna be at work. Then I asked to speak with a manager. She was no better! She looked as if she had just rolled out of bed. I have no clue as to how she became a manager! Her greeting to us was, " What's up?!!" She showed no empathy at all. Just Terrible service."

"My bias lies in being an 8-minute walk away. I subscribe to Regal Unlimited; nothing beats smoking a jay and walking over to this neighborhood gem every other night. I’ve developed a fascination with the reviews derailing the parking system. It’s true—a traditional and easy to understand system is missing. However, there’s a sign setup at the entrance to the lobby that may or may not be easy to miss. There’s an amazing arcade no one uses. The ICEE machine is ready to go. The theaters are sometimes littered with popcorn from the prior screening. A lone security guard haunts the hallways at midnight. It’s all beautiful. It will be a sad day if this closes. Long live Logan Square Regal."
