"Polite staff and great availability. I have a large neck and they were able to accommodate me when even the hospitals could not. I do not do well with small spaces and here I was able to get in and get my MRI without issues as long as I kept my eyes closed. Yes, it is a small office with minimal accommodations as some said. If you need to get in quick and/or save some money this is the place to go. If you want the latest and greatest surroundings and can wait then go to one of the new hospitals and pay more for that atmosphere. Functionally this location is great and the staff will take care of you quite well with a friendly attitude."

"I would not recommend this facility. The images are poor quality. The customer/patient service is unbelievably horrible. Do not settle for this place because their prices are lower and they can get you in quick. Talk to your medical professionals for recommendations to good quality facilities."

"The actual machine is pretty good. The facility has been acceptable but they do not following billing instructions and will not listen--I think I was just hung up on. What is good is their accommodating time and what is old is their facility but again you can decide. It is not a pleasant atmosphere. I do not recommend and will not return."

"I had an appointment today for my very 1st MRI. The front desk intake lady was very warm & welcoming. After my MRI was complete, I inquired with the Radiology tech about just exactly what all an MRI shows. He took the time to educate me & didn't seem bothered in the slightest to take the additional time to explain things. I would highly recommend this place."
