"This place is horrible. Not only was the phlebotomy tech rude to my husband, but he also did not verify our insurance as it states to on the back of the card, and we had to pay almost 100 dollars out of pocket. Pick any other quest if you want better service than what we got!"
"Not please with both Phlebotomists with ghetto attitudes which I heard their conversation talking about me since I arrived 10 mins before 4:30pm to get my baby blood drawn. Being an older person should know better but unfortunately that wasn't the case yesterday. Please improved being more professional and minimize the unnecessary comments and statements. When I confronted them about I heard their comment about me, they did not apologize and all of a sudden they wanted to be nice to me and my child. Out of order and unholy and I'm glad I'm save because God had to hold my tongue. Their supervisor need to be aware. Be Bless"
"Terrible customer service. A bunch of obese lazy workers who literally strive to do the most absolute bare minimum. Just a bunch of whales waddling around in white coats. Next time I’m going to bring some Krispy Kreme donuts I bet those whales will be more than happy to assist then."
